	The 13th Annual Keels & Wheels Concours d’ Elegance will be held at Lakewood Yacht Club, in Seabrook The event is open to the public on Saturday, May 3, 10:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday, May 4, 9:00am to 4:00pm. The largest classic car and vintage wooden boat show in the United States, Keels & Wheels will feature more than 200 automobiles and nearly 100 boats. 	Blessing of the Fleet – Sunday, May 4 – Clear Lake Area The 40th annual Blessing of the Fleet will be held on Sunday, May 4. Nearly 100 shrimp boats, fishing boats and pleasure boats will gracefully float past the Kemah Boardwalk. As each vessel passes the boat, captain and crew will be blessed by both a priest and a pastor for a safe and successful season. Listen in as Tom Hults, coordinator for the Blessing of the Fleet, tells Talk of the Bay a little bit about this age old tradition and what we can expect to see this year.	$10.00


	Galveston Historic Homes Tour – May 2-4 & May 8–11 – Galveston 34 years and still going strong, the Galveston Historic Homes Tour, hosted by the Galveston Historical Foundation is one of the islands most popular events and this year it’s even bigger and better than before. Listen in as Molly Dannenmeir, gives Talk of the Bay more details about these weekend activities and the wonderful historic homes that will be featured on this year’s tour.	$25.00


	The Art Alliance Center at Clear Lake (TAACCL) – Clear Lake Every Thursday is Open Mic Night at The Art Alliance Center at Clear Lake. A part of the multi disciplinary arts, presented by TAACCL, this fun evening starts out with a group of musicians brought together by David Klingensmith. David and his musician friends are very talented and these Open Mic Nights allow them to share their music. Listen in as Lisa Hamilton, the Executive Director of TAACCL tells Talk of the Bay about some of the unexpected guests that have performed during the Open Mic Night at TAACCL.	$10.00


	The Golden Age of Ornithology and Printmaking – March 15 – May 30 In conjunction with the 2008 Featherfest celebration, the Galveston County Historical Museum, will host a reception on March 15, to introduce The Golden Age of Ornithology and Printmaking. This exhibit will be on display at the museum until May 30 and will feature works from the late18th and early 19th centuries. Listen in to Talk of the Bay as Jody Wright-Gidley, Director of the museum, tells us a little bit about what you’ll see at the exhibit.	$5.00
