Patrick H. McGaughey, IOM
Patrick "Pat" McGaughey brings 30 years of success and experience in
broadcasting, business association management and medical administration
that qualify him to serve as an outstanding business consultant. His
background in broadcasting insures that he will always bring fun and energy
into every project.

Pat’s respect for every person in the audience is paramount, especially when
"brutal truths" have to be conveyed. His engaging style allows every member
of an audience to participate without any fear of being embarrassed or
upstaged.

Pat is a graduate and now an instructor for the United States Chamber of
Commerce Institute for Organization Management at the Universities of
Arizona, Georgia, Villanova, Wisconsin and Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles.
His classroom evaluations consistently receive the highest possible scores
and he has been selected to serve as the graduation keynote speaker by many
of the Institute classes.
Pat has received many civic awards and he has served in various leadership
capacities including president of the Northwest Chamber Leaders Conference
and president of the Idaho Association of Chambers of Commerce. He is an
honored recipient of the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellowship Award
and he received the mayoral "Key to The City" for his outstanding community
service in The Dalles, Oregon.
Pat and his wife Gail reside the beautiful resort community of Coeur
d’Alene, Idaho. They have two children and four grand children.
