CCCC of PTAs Announce Upcoming Events

During the Clear Creek Community Council of PTAs’ Regular President’s
Meeting, held on January 9, 2008, Council President Lisa Holbrook announced
the following events planned for the remainder of the 2007-08 school year:
• The PTA Founder’s Day Dinner will be held February 7th, at Clear Springs
High School, located at 501 Palomino, League City. The theme for this year’s
dinner is “Hearts in Education”; doors open at 6:30 pm.
• The Texas PTA State Convention will take place at The Woodlands on
February 22-24.
• The 3rd Annual Reflections Reception will be held on February 26th, 4:30
pm – 7:30 pm, at the Back Bay Bed & Breakfast Inn, located at 1401 Second
Street, Seabrook. The reception is once again graciously being underwritten
in part by Marian, Margaret and Robert Kidd.
• The 2nd Annual Summer Activities Fair will be held on March 29th, 10 am –
2 pm, at the Clear Creek High School Ninth Grade Center, located at 2305
East Main Street, League City.
• The Annual President’s Dinner will be held on May 15th , at
League City
Elementary, located at 709 East Wilkins, League City, doors open at 6:30 pm.
