 Workshop offers tips for effective e-mailing

HOUSTON, — Make e-mails more effective by learning the strategies to writing clearly and concisely during the E-Mail Effectiveness Workshop at University of Houston-Clear Lake, 2700 Bay Area Blvd., Houston. The workshop will be held Friday, Feb. 1, 8 a.m. – noon, in the university’s Bayou Building.

UH-Clear Lake business writing lecturer Pat Cuchens leads the workshop and will show participants how to reach the reader, how to adapt messages to different audiences and how to write quickly and effectively.
