Kim Watts – Clear Lake Area 

Kim Watts, a native of Louisiana, has lived in Florida and Colorado but has called Houston her home for the last 13 years.  A graduate, of McNeese State University, with a degree in design Kim gained extensive experience while working with her family’s construction and real estate development business.  Both her education and her experience allow Kim the insight to pairing clients with the perfect home. 

Raised in an environment of good work ethics, Kim’s motto is “Always provide your clients with outstanding service and dependability”.

A mom, an avid skier and ‘Powerboat Girl’, Kim enjoys a full life professionally and personally.
